SEOUL, Jan. 26(Yonhap) -- S. Korean TV director Kim Tae-ho, who left MBC, will present "Seoul Check-in(translated)," a pilot entertainment show about "Jeju resident" Lee Hyo-ri's visit to Seoul.
Tving, an OTT(Over-the-top media service) platform, announced on Jan. 26 that it will release "Seoul Check-in," a single entertainment content directed by Kim, on Jan. 29 noon.
It is Kim's first program since he left MBC on Dec. 17.
It is a reality content about life in Seoul regarding where Lee Hyo-ri, who has lived in Jeju for 9 years, sleeps and who she meets after her schedule in Seoul.
The program was inspired by Lee Hyo-ri, who came to Seoul for SSAK3 and Refund Sisters of "Hangout with Yoo," thinking, “Who should I meet while I am in Seoul?” and "Should I visit Seongsu-dong that has been popular these days?"
"Seoul Check-in" comforts and relates to viewers through concerns and inner feelings of Lee Hyo-ri, who has become unfamiliar with Seoul, and candid conversations between Lee and people she meets.
